Strong winds with gusts up to 45 mph continue through this evening.
A Wind Advisory remains in effect for all areas.

The cold and and windy conditions will set the stage for lake effect
snow showers and possible snow squalls through this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Wind chills bottom out around 0 degrees Tuesday morning, with highs
only in the mid to upper 20s on Tuesday.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
