This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow showers expected throughout the day. This morning will see a
focus of light to moderate snow showers up to the I-94 corridor/Irish
Hills as a low passes to the south. Mostly minor accumulations on
grassy and elevated surfaces through the morning. Lake effect showers
ramp up this afternoon into the evening off Lake Huron. Snow totals
of 1 to 3 inch range can be expected by Monday morning. There will be
high variability in totals with inland extent given the transient
nature of the lake effect snow as it pushes south.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Lighter lake effect flurries/snow showers expected Monday as
conditions turn much colder for the early week period.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today and tonight.
