This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories are in effect
this afternoon and evening for parts of northeast Minnesota and
northwest Wisconsin. Heavy snow is expected to impact travel
significantly from the Brainerd Lakes to Hinckley to Spooner areas
with snowfall rates up to 1 inch per hour at times through the
evening commute.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Snow will end from west to east on Wednesday morning, but
hazardous travel may linger on unplowed roads. The primary threat
for the remainder of the week shifts to extreme cold, with
dangerous wind chills expected to develop Friday and persist
through the weekend as arctic air settles over the region.
