This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Areas of dense fog with visibility 1/4 mile are possible tonight.
Northwest Wisconsin is the area most likely to see dense fog and
there is a lower chance over northeast Minnesota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

An impactful winter storm will move across the Upper Midwest
Tuesday through early Thursday. Precipitation over the Northland
begins in central Minnesota Tuesday afternoon and spreads across
the area Tuesday evening. This system will begin as wintry mix of
rain, freezing rain, and snow gradually transitioning to heavy,
wet snow along with strong winds. Blizzard conditions are possible
along the North Shore. Hazardous travel impacts are expected.
Winter Storm Watches are in effect for much of the region.

A second system Thursday night into Friday could bring another
round of snow and potential travel problems Thursday night through
Saturday.
