This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Gusty winds will continue to combine with bursts of snow to cause
low visibility and difficult travel at times in open areas across
western and southern Minnesota. A Winter Weather Advisory remains
in effect through 9pm.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Much colder air this weekend and next week. Wind chills as cold
as -25 this weekend. Wind chills are forecast to dip into the -25
to -35 degree range early next week.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW...

.Gusty winds will continue to combine with bursts of snow to cause
low visibility and difficult travel at times across western and
southern Minnesota. Although snowfall additional snowfall amounts
will only be light, expect reduced visibility down to as low as a
quarter mile at times.

  Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
  central Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and low visibility. The
  hazardous conditions will impact the Friday evening commute.
