Lingering blowing snow impacts this morning, diminishing gradually
today. Flurries possible into the afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Snow along I-94 and blowing snow possible Sunday.

Much colder air this weekend and next week. Wind chills as cold
as -25 this weekend. Wind chills are forecast to dip into the -25
to -35 degree range early next week.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR STRONG WINDS AND BLOWING SNOW...

.Similar to Friday another round of gusty winds and light snow will
lead to areas of greatly reduced visibility. Conditions will be worst
in open country where there are few trees or buildings. In these
areas there could be areas of white out conditions. Conditions will
vary across the region and you could see a rapid drop in visibility.

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Visibility due to blowing
  snow under a half mile. Total snow accumulations up to two inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
  central Minnesota.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow will lead
  to areas of quick and sudden reductions to visibility, making
  travel difficult, especially in rural areas that are prone to
  blowing snow. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
