  Missouri River at Plattsmouth affecting Mills and Cass Counties.

  Missouri River At Nebraska City affecting Fremont and Otoe
  Counties.

  Missouri River At Brownville affecting Atchison and Nemaha
  Counties.

  Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through areas where water covers the road.  The
water depth may be too great to allow your vehicle to pass safely.
Turn around...don`t drown!

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Missouri River At Rulo.
* At  8:15 PM Tuesday the stage was 21.7 feet...or 4.7 feet above
  flood stage.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will remain around 21.7 feet through Wednesday.

This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Storms tonight may be strong with isolated severe storms possible.
 The main threat will be strong to damaging winds. In addition, one
 to three inches of rain may be possible tonight leading to the
 potential for flash flooding and aggravated river flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

 Several rounds of storms through the rest of the week and into the
 weekend, may produce two to five inches of rain which will continue
