...EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT
SUNDAY...

* TEMPERATURE...Highs of 92 to 98 with heat index values of around
105 on Sunday. Sunday should be the last day of heat warnings
and advisories for the area. A cold front is expected to move
  through Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...A prolonged period of hot weather will increase the
risk of heat related illness, including heat exhaustion and
heat stroke. The very young, the elderly, and those without
access to air conditioning will be especially vulnerable.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

An Excessive Heat Warning means that a prolonged period of
dangerously hot temperatures will occur. The combination of hot
temperatures and high humidity will combine to create a DANGEROUS
SITUATION in which heat illnesses are likely. Drink plenty of
fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and
check up on relatives and neighbors.
