This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Slight tornado risk.
  Slight hail risk.
  Slight thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Elevated lightning risk.
  Limited excessive rainfall risk
  Limited non thunderstorm wind risk.

DISCUSSION...

Severe thunderstorms are expected this evening into the overnight,
particularly in far southwest Missouri, far southeast Kansas, and
along and north of Interstate 44. Very large hail, damaging winds,
and tornadoes will all be possible with these storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms will be possible across
portions of the area at times again tomorrow and Friday. Flooding
may be possible in areas that receive multiple rounds of heavy
rainfall.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

 Spotter activation may be needed tonight.
