Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated lightning risk.
  Limited excessive rainfall risk

DISCUSSION...

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected today, mainly
along and south of Interstate 44, with potential for heavy
rainfall, lightning and localized flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected Thursday, with potential for
brief heavy rainfall and localized flooding.

Warm and dry conditions expected this weekend into early next
week with heat index values around 100 degrees.
