...Hazardous travel conditions will continue across portions of
central North Carolina through at least mid-morning...

.Sub-freezing temperatures through 900 am will result in
refreezing of any snow or ice that melted Monday. In addition,
black ice will be found throughout the region this morning.
Conditions will slowly improve today.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Refreezing of melted snow and ice will create very
  hazardous travel conditions through mid-morning. Black ice will
  also be a major hazard for those on foot or in vehicle.

* WHERE...Portions of central North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerous travel conditions will linger
  through mid-morning. Black ice or sheets of ice from freezing
  melt water will be very difficult, if not impossible to see.

* Temperatures will in the 20s, rising to the lower to mid 30s by
  late morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means travel conditions will be
hazardous. Expect slippery roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.
Use extreme caution while walking or driving.
