This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Rain across the area will become mixed with wet snow or changeover
to a brief period of snow before ending early this evening. Little or
no snow accumulation is expected.

As cold air pours into the area starting this evening, any puddles
or wet spots on the roads may refreeze, causing black ice and
slippery spots on roads and sidewalks tonight into Monday morning.
Temperatures are expected to rise above freezing by mid to late
morning Monday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Another round of cold Arctic air will spread into the area early
next week, with wind chill temperatures dropping into the teens on
Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
