This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

There is a slight risk (level 2 of 4) of excessive rainfall for
the southwest Piedmont and a marginal risk of excessive rainfall for
the rest of central NC. Ongoing scattered showers and isolated
storms will continue through the day, some of which could be slow
moving and could produce heavy rainfall. Heavy rainfall rates may
lead to localized flooding in urban and poor-drainage areas.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Dangerous heat is expected Thursday through Saturday and may linger
into Sunday.
