This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the mountains of western North
Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Windy conditions will develop across the mountains tonight. Northwest
flow moisture will produce scattered snow showers as well, especially
near the Tennessee border. Additional information is available in
the latest Special Weather Statement.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

The very gusty winds will continue through at least Friday evening.
Winds will slowly diminish Saturday morning. A Wind Advisory could be
needed by Friday.
