Scattered to numerous showers and storms are expected to develop across central NC this afternoon and evening. An isolated strong to severe storm capable of producing damaging wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph is possible. Additionally, the anomalous high moisture in place will also support a threat of localized flooding, primarily in urban and poor drainage areas. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Showers and thunderstorms are possible Tuesday into Thursday as a series of disturbances track through the region. Some of these storms could be strong to severe. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
