...PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND THE
NORTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY...

Patchy dense fog is occasionally reducing visibility to around
one-quarter mile parts of northeastern North Dakota and the
northern Red River Valley. Travelers should be prepared for
rapidly deteriorating visibility, and to use extra caution at
intersections, railroad crossings, and school bus stops.
