* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
  Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
  In areas where temperatures are near or below freezing, dense
  freezing fog could result in icy roads, sidewalks, and other
  surfaces.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Dense freezing fog is forecast again tonight into Sunday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

A wintry mix north of Highway 2 corridor may bring a light glaze
of ice Sunday afternoon into evening. This may impact travel
conditions, holding a 50% chance for advisory level impacts.

Winter impacts from accumulating snow of at least 4 inches will
occur Tuesday evening into Thursday. At least advisory level
impacts are expected, with a 20% chance for warning level impacts.
