...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and areas of blowing snow. Additional snow
  accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Falling and blowing
  snow will lead to areas of quick and sudden reductions to
  visibility, making travel difficult, especially in rural areas
  that are prone to blowing snow. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Friday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 38 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
  northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 4 PM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The hazardously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
