* WHAT...Additional snow accumulations up to 1 inch. Winds gusting as
  high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of western and central North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST /11 PM MST/ tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near blizzard conditions at times, especially
  in open country.
