At 1 AM MST, areas of fog were developing from southern McKenzie County to the South Dakota border, including as far east as Hettinger. The fog will reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less, and may become more widespread by sunrise. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing conditions and use extra caution traveling.
