* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Burleigh, Kidder, and Stutsman Counties.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become difficult. Widespread blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
