...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Life-threatening wind chills as low as 55 below zero
  expected.

* WHERE...Northern and central North Dakota, including the James
  River Valley.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The life-threatening wind chills will cause frostbite on
  exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. Hypothermia could develop
  shortly thereafter.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest period during this long-duration
  event is expected tonight through Friday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This is a potentially dangerous situation to be outdoors. If you must
be outside, be sure to cover all exposed skin.
