This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota and west central Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Northerly winds gusting to 50 mph are expected this afternoon and
evening. There is a 20 percent chance that winds gust up to 60
mph. Heavy rainfall will accompany the wind, and may lead to
localized overland flooding this afternoon into Wednesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Clay, Grant, West Otter Tail, and Wilkin
  Counties. In North Dakota, Cass, Ransom, Richland, and Sargent
  Counties.

* WHEN...From noon today to 11 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
