This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Low temperatures tonight will fall into the low to middle 20s across
western and north central Nebraska. A Freeze Warning remains in
effect for areas generally south of Highway 2. Those with outside
interests should take extra precautions against these cold
temperatures.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Critical fire weather conditions return Saturday across the area as
afternoon RH values drop to below 15 percent and winds increase up to
35 mph.

Temperatures drop back into the mid 20s on Saturday night which may
result in another night of widespread frost and freeze conditions
with impacts to sensitive vegetation and unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

Near critical to critical fire weather conditions are possible
during the afternoon hours Sunday through Wednesday as dry, warm, and
windy conditions persist.
