This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
into this evening across western and north central Nebraska. Damaging
wind gusts appear to be the main threat. Hail would be a secondary
concern with the strongest storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Scattered severe thunderstorms are expected to develop across
western Nebraska Thursday afternoon and then move eastward Thursday
evening. Strong wind gusts to around 60 mph appear to be the main
concern. Hail will be a secondary concern. In addition, a tornado or
two cannot be ruled out, should conditions become favorable Thursday
evening.
