This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, east central Nebraska, northeast Nebraska and southeast
Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Dry fuels, above-normal temperatures, low relative humidity, and
gusty winds will result in very high to extreme fire danger,
especially over portions of northeast Nebraska. Wind gusts up to 35
mph will be possible. A Red Flag Warning is in effect for northeast
Nebraska this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Warm, dry, and windy conditions along with dry fuels will lead to
very high to extreme fire danger again on Thursday, especially in
northeast Nebraska. Winds may gust up to 40 mph.

Potential for severe weather with storm chances Saturday evening
through Monday morning. Details are difficult to determine at this
time, but will come as we get closer to the weekend.
