The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM Sunday to 8 PM MDT Monday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 417, 418 and 430 through 437. * WIND...West to northwest wind with gusts to 20 mph on Sunday, becoming light and variable overnight, then west to northwest winds with gusts between 25 and 30 mph on Monday. * HUMIDITY...5 to 10 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
