This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

- High Wind Warnings are in effect for the usual wind prone areas
  of southeast Wyoming today through Tuesday evening. Central
  Laramie County and the Laramie Valley are also in a High Wind
  Warning Tuesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

- Dangerous fire conditions expected Tuesday afternoon with low
  humidity and very strong winds.

- A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for all areas along and
  east of the Laramie Range Wednesday morning through Saturday
  evening.

- Record breaking warm temperatures are expected across the
  entire area during the second half of the week.

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM to 8 PM MDT Tuesday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 430, 431, and 437.

* WIND...For the Red Flag Warning, 30 to 35 mph sustained winds
  gusting up to 60 mph. For the Fire Weather Watch, 20 to 30 mph
  sustained winds, gusting up to 45 mph.

* HUMIDITY...For the Red Flag Warning, 18 to 22 percent. For the
  Fire Weather Watch, 10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Poor overnight humidity recoveries are
  expected for the duration of the Fire Weather Watch. Well above
  average temperatures are also expected which will contribute
  considerably to the dry conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
