This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Saturday

Minor river flooding will continue along the Missouri River from
Brownville downstream to Rulo.

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible on Saturday but severe
storms are not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday night through Friday

Scattered thunderstorms will be possible yet Saturday night into
Sunday morning, but the chance of severe storms will remain low.

Thunderstorm chances will increase across area late Sunday
into Monday. Some severe storms are possible in this period,
along with areas of very heavy rain.

Additional thunderstorms could occur Monday night into Tuesday,
and then again later in the week.

Minor river flooding is forecast to continue along the Missouri
River from Brownville to Rulo through the period. Flooding could
develop farther north by mid week, from around Plattsmouth to
Nebraska City.


Storm spotter activation will not be needed tonight or Saturday.
