...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM NOON EDT TODAY THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall from
  thunderstorms is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of western Maine, including the following areas,
  Southern Franklin and Southern Oxford and northern New Hampshire,
  including the following areas, Northern Carroll, Northern Grafton,
  Southern Carroll, Southern Coos and Southern Grafton.

* WHEN...From noon EDT today through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of small rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor the latest forecast and be prepared to take
action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
