ATMOSPHERE...

.A weather pattern conducive for large fire growth will continue
through Wednesday as a broad trough develops over the western
United States keeping the flow over New Mexico dry and windy.
Strong westerly winds are expected on both Monday and Tuesday,
with the strongest winds across eastern New Mexico on Monday and
across northern New Mexico on Tuesday. Very dry conditions are
expected each afternoon. In fact, several hours of single digit
humidity is expected for much of central and eastern New Mexico on
Tuesday.

  Mountains (Zone 105), Middle Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106), West
  Central Basin and Range (Zone 109), North Central Mountains
  (Zone 120), Upper Rio Grande and Lower Chama River Valleys
  (Zone 121), Sangre de Cristo Mountains (Zone 122), Northeast
  Highlands (Zone 123) and the Sandia and Manzano Mountains (Zone
  124) Monday from 10 AM until 10 PM, and Tuesday from 11 AM until
  11 PM.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...On Monday, west and northwest 20 to 30 mph with
  gusts up to 40 mph. On Tuesday, west 25 to 35 mph with gusts up
  to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...On Monday, minimum values between 7 and 18
  percent. On Tuesday, between 6 and 12 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
