...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM SATURDAY TO
6 PM EST SUNDAY...
...WIND CHILL WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Dangerously cold
  wind chills possible. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 13 inches
  expected. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will produce
  significant blowing and drifting snow. Wind chills as low as 30
  to 40 below zero possible.

* WHERE...Jefferson county.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 4 PM Saturday to 6 PM
  EST Sunday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Sunday evening
  through Monday afternoon. The heaviest snow will fall from late
  Saturday evening through midday Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. If you
  must travel, be prepared for severe winter driving conditions
  with deep snow cover and very low visibility from heavy snow and
  blowing snow. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Widespread accumulating snow and blowing snow will create
dangerous travel conditions.

Submit snow reports through our website or social media.

This is a potentially dangerous situation to be outdoors. If you
must be outside, be sure to cover all exposed skin. Frostbite can
occur in 10 minutes or less with apparent temperatures of
25 below zero or colder.
