Gusty northwest winds are expected this afternoon, with scattered
snow showers tonight into early Thursday. Light snow accumulations
are possible especially in higher elevations.

...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
10 AM EDT THURSDAY...

* TEMPERATURES...As low as 28.

* TIMING...Late this evening through mid morning Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Freezing temperatures could kill sensitive
  vegetation and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
