Total snow accumulations 8 to 14 inches. * WHERE...Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...From 1 AM Sunday to 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult.
