Another round of strong winds is possible Monday through Monday
night as strong low pressure crosses the Great Lakes. Much colder
air will move back into the region Tuesday through Tuesday night,
with accumulating lake effect snow possible east of Lake Ontario and
Lake Erie.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Livingston, Ontario,
  Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...From noon today to 8 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
