.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Gusty winds are expected again late Sunday through Monday. Also,
isolated strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible on Monday
with locally damaging winds as the main threat.

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE...In New York, Chemung, Schuyler, Seneca, Southern Cayuga,
  Steuben, Tompkins, and Yates Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford
  and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
