Gouverneur, and Rutland

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS
EVENING TO 3 PM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches
  expected.

* WHERE...Saint Lawrence Valley in New York and Western Rutland County
  in Vermont.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 3 PM EST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With the heaviest snowfall happening just
  before the Friday morning commute, travel will be difficult.
  Plan on allowing extra time for the morning commute. Isolated
  power outages may be possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

Please allow extra time if travel is necessary.
