...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING
TO 7 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7
  inches.

* WHERE...A portion of northern New York.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute. Blowing snow
  could further lower visibilities.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected to occur
  between 10 AM and 4 PM Wednesday. Additional snowfall will
  continue through Thursday.
