...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM SATURDAY TO
4 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations
  will range from 12 to 18 inches across central and south-central
  Vermont, with 8 to 15 inches expected across northern Vermont, the
  northern Adirondacks and Champlain Valley of New York.

* WHERE...All of Vermont and the northern Adirondacks of New
  York.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Saturday to 4 PM EST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be hazardous. Snowfall rates of
  1 to 2 inches per hour are expected late Saturday night into
  Sunday morning. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility, especially during the day on Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous. If you must travel,
keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case
of an emergency.

   Winter Storm Warning.

In addition, bitterly cold wind chills are expected Sunday night
through Monday night following the storm. The lowest wind chills
during the period are expected to range from 20 to 35 below.
