* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations
  of 6 inches or more possible in the most persistent snow. Winds
  could gust up to 30 to 35 mph and produce blowing and drifting
  snow.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to slippery road
  conditions and poor visibility.
