This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Indiana,
southeast Indiana, northeast Kentucky, northern Kentucky, central
Ohio, south central Ohio, southwest Ohio and west central Ohio.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Scattered to numerous storms are expected this afternoon and
evening. A few strong to severe storms will be possible, with
gusty to damaging winds and heavy rainfall being the primary
threats. Some isolated flooding will also be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF NORTHEASTERN
FAIRFIELD AND SOUTHEASTERN LICKING COUNTIES THROUGH 500 PM EDT...

At 423 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Hebron, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground
         lightning, and very heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or
         death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Newark, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, Hebron,
Millersport, Pleasantville, Hanover, Fairfield Beach, Beechwood
Trails, Harbor Hills, Granville South, Marne, Thornport, Etna,
Thurston, Kirkersville, and St. Louisville.

This includes I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 117 and 142.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

When thunder roars, go indoors! Do not stay in the open or seek
shelter under trees when lightning threatens.
