* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Fayette, Franklin,
  Union and Wayne and the following counties, in Ohio, Butler,
  Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Madison, Miami,
  Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
Monitor the latest forecasts and be alert for possible flood
warnings.
