* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west
  central Ohio.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
  result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill
  values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Indiana, central
Ohio and west central Ohio.

Light snow will be possible tonight into early Monday. Light
accumulation up to an inch will be possible mainly north of I-70.
Some slick spots will be possible overnight into early Monday.
