...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY
MORNING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Ohio, south central
Ohio, southwest Ohio and west central Ohio.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Isolated locally heavy rainfall will be possible late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

   Flood Watch.

The heat index will be around 100 degrees Sunday.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Saturday afternoon into
Saturday night and then again on Sunday. Damaging wind gusts are the
primary threat, but isolated tornadoes are also possible. Heavy
rainfall and flooding are possible.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties,
  Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the
  following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton,
  Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin,
  Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery,
  Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move
    through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the
    saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash
    flooding.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be
prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur
or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be
careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.
