...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
  counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Meigs, Morgan, Vinton and
  Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties,
  Barbour, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison,
  Jackson WV, Lewis, Mason, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Pocahontas,
  Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane,
  Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph,
  Southeast Webster, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur, Wirt and Wood.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected through tonight
    across the region. Locally heavy rainfall is expected at times,
    with the potential for instances of flash flooding given recent
    rainfall, especially in locations that have compromised soils.
