...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TO 8 PM EDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and
  central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern, and western
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 8 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
