* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following
  county, Athens.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of Sunday Creek and it`s tributaries is
  occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 915 AM EDT, gauge reports indicate flooding of Sunday
    Creek and it`s tributaries is occurring.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Glouster, Jacksonville and Trimble.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

  West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 8 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
