...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
  counties, Morgan, Perry and Washington and northern West Virginia,
  including the following counties, Doddridge, Harrison, Pleasants
  and Tyler.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms over areas of
    saturated ground will lead to the possibility of flash
    flooding. Most areas will see 0.5 to 1.5 inches with some
    areas receiving in excess of 3 inches.
