At 413 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Athens to near Jackson. Movement was southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Athens, Jackson, Wellston, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Pomeroy, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Albany, Racine, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Ravenswood, New Haven, Mason, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Chester, and Hamden.
