THIS EVENING FOR DRY CONDITIONS AND BREEZY WINDS FOR THE TEXAS AND
OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES...

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 7 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...In the mid 60s.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to
  spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* SEVERITY...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

There is a low chance for severe thunderstorms in the
southeastern Texas panhandles this afternoon and evening. All
hazards including tornados, large hail, and damaging winds can
occur with these storms.

Critical fire weather conditions continue across the combined
Panhandles due to strong winds and low RH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Elevated to critical fire weather conditions are expected across
the combined Panhandles each afternoon Wednesday through Friday.

There is a low chance for thunderstorms in the far eastern
combined Panhandles Friday afternoon. If thunderstorms do form,
they are expected to have the potential to become severe.
